However, because monitor calibrations vary, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly reflect the true ink pigments or paper textures of our products. All sales are subject to our discretionary right to limit quantities per region or individual.

SECTION 6: BILLING FIDELITY AND ACCOUNT STEWARDSHIP

We reserve the right to reject any procurement request. In instances of order modification or cancellation, we will attempt notification via the electronic or billing coordinates provided at the time of purchase. SECTION 14: INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATIONS

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Carstgud and our parent company, HA2A CHOWDARY INVESTMENTS LLC,along with our partners and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any third-party rights.

SECTION 15: PROVISION SEVERABILITY

If any provision within these Terms is adjudicated to be unlawful or void by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining terms shall continue to be enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.

SECTION 16: TERMINATION OF CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT

The liabilities and obligations incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the dissolution of this agreement. These Terms remain effective unless and until terminated by either party. We may terminate your access at our discretion if we suspect non-compliance with any provision of this agreement.

SECTION 17: ENTIRETY OF AGREEMENT

The failure of Carstgud to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such rights. These Terms, in conjunction with our posted policies, represent the complete and exclusive agreement between you and our brand, superseding all prior communications.

SECTION 18: GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements for the provision of goods shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR).

SECTION 19: PLATFORM HOSTING BY SHOPIFY

Our storefront is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide the underlying e-commerce architecture. You acknowledge that your commercial contract is exclusively with Carstgud, and Shopify bears no liability for the quality, safety, or legality of the products sold.

SECTION 20: LOGISTICAL RISK AND TITLE TRANSFERENCE

While we manage our fulfillment with care, Carstgud is not liable for delays caused by external carriers or customs authorities. The title and risk of loss for all merchandise pass to the customer upon our delivery of the goods to the shipping carrier.

SECTION 21: PROPRIETARY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All visual assets, designs, branding, and copy within the Carstgude ecosystem are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 22: MANDATORY DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Parties agree that any conflict shall first be addressed through informal negotiation via support@carstgud.com for a period of no less than 30 days before seeking any formal legal or administrative remedy.

SECTION 23: UPDATES TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to revise or replace any segment of these Terms by posting updates to our digital storefront. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
