Dispatch Confirmation: Once your package is handed over to our carrier partners, you will receive a formal shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking credentials.

Complimentary Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders exceeding $45.98 USD .

United States: 7–12 business days.
United Kingdom / Europe / Canada: 7–15 business days.
Asia / Oceania / Rest of World: 8–15 business days.

Note: Transit times may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen logistical delays beyond our control, such as customs-related inspections.

4. Real-Time Shipment Tracking

5. Delivery Integrity & Protection

Arrival Damage: If your stationery items arrive with structural damage, please submit photographic evidence to support@carstgud.com within 72 hours of receipt. We will prioritize a complimentary replacement or a full restitution.
Delivered but Missing: Carstgud is not legally liable for packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen. In such instances, we advise contacting the local carrier branch or your building's management immediately.

6. Import Duties & Customs Fees

Carstgud operates on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis for international shipments.

All applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient .
We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific regulatory information prior to purchase.
